At Newlife we always seem to find an innovative new way to help – and from today (November 17) we are pleased to announce our Play Therapy Pods are now available to help children under the age of three.

We are now able to loan pods suitable from birth to 18 months and 18 months to age three. The pods are filled with a collection of specialist toys for each age group – with some visual, auditory, tactile and interactive toys in each one to really stimulate the senses and encourage development through play.

Carrick Brown – Care Services Development Manager at Cannock based Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children said: “We are very pleased to be able to add these additional Play Therapy Pods to our free loan service so we can help children with disabilities and terminal illnesses of all ages develop and have fun playing with their families and friends – sometimes for the first time. Play Therapy Pods really make a difference to families when understanding and caring for their children.”
